At 413 Nail Studio, I value your time and aim to provide excellent service to all of our clients. To help me maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate all clients, I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. • If a cancellation occurs, your deposit will be forfeited. • Cancelations done less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the service(s) total being charged to the card on file & your deposit will be forfeited. •Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will be treated the same as a same-day cancellation and incur a 50% charge and deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will have to be paid •Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and in this case, your deposit will be fully transferable to the new appointment. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-Shows: • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) total to the card on file. Additionally, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Deposits: • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service(s) on the day of your appointment. • Deposits are not refundable • Deposits are only transferrable if appointment is re-scheduled within 24 hours of current appointment I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
