At 413 Nail Studio, I value your time and aim to provide excellent service to all of our clients. To help me maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate all clients, I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit & is not transferable to future appointments. • Cancelations done less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the service(s) total being charged to the card on file & your deposit will be forfeited. • If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-Shows: • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the service(s) will be charged to the card on file. Deposits: • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service(s) on the day of your appointment.
